How does it work?
Our 5-step process gives you a fully customized design plan for your real estate project without you needing to make any material selections.
Step 1: Discovery Call
Whether you need a design board for a kitchen or an entire flip, we have you covered! Let’s start with a FREE discovery call to discuss the details, budget, and scope of your project to get an idea of what you need so we can best support you!
Step 2: Property Details
When you are ready to move forward, share property photos/video, home details, budget, and your vision! Here we will provide a custom quote for your property design needs so you can move forward with a clear plan. *Packages will vary by need starting at $499 for primary bathroom design to $1995 for a Standard 3/2bd 1600sqft. Custom packages and luxury designs available.
Step 3: Design Creation
This is where the magic happens! Our team will source all of the materials for your project and organize them into a customized room-by-room PDF document with mood boards.
Step 4: Presentation
Join us for a 1-hour presentation of the design for your project and discuss all of the details. Make up to two edits to ensure you have a design plan you are confident in!
Step 5: Hand-Off
Once you approve the design, we will provide you with the finalized Design PDF, Links for each product, and a mood board so you can confidently move forward with your contractors to bring the home to life!
